Lead - Business Development (Mobilisation) - Develop a deep understanding of various communities in the neighbourhood of training location like Anganwadi, Asha etc. - Create strategies for long term sustainable engagements with such communities - Understand output from all previous activities undertaken with communities at various locations of the organization and select the ones that fit best for you - Constantly explore new opportunities for brand placement and visibility in local communities - Develop tracking mechanisms and metrics to ensure all activities meet a minimum threshold of productivity - Maintain a roster of influencers in all local communities - Develop a network of agents/promoters in these communities from identified influences - Connect with agents, promoters and influencers on not just a professional but personal level as well to be able to further the organizational goals with ease. - Create annual BTL marketing plan and get it approved from Business Head - Present and review weekly marketing plans and reports with Business Head on a weekly basis - Be responsible for achieving Sales targets through BTL activities - At all times and through all activities ensure company image projected to potential customers is completely consistent with company communication strategy, ethos and vision - Responsible to ensure strict compliance of all policies in your entire team and to escalate any noncompliance immediately - Ensure that all Team members are dressed decently and talk respectfully at all times - Ensure all team members have a full understanding of company's vision and growth plans - Set targets for all team members on a monthly basis and review with them on a weekly basis - Create/review their career progression chart with them on a monthly basis - Do a training need analysis and organize/conduct training on a regular basis - Constantly take market feedback from entire team and collate feedback to ensure coherence with strategy in discussion with Business Head (ref:updazz.com)
